I work for the Alaska Commercial Fishing and Agriculture Bank (CFAB), where I was tasked with mitigating a pretty severe pigeon problem—lots of buildup and nuisance. Our building is located near Lake Hood and has a large awning with exposed rafter beams, which made it an ideal nesting spot for pigeons and a more challenging job overall. I contacted a few local pest control vendors, and none came close to the immediate professionalism, knowledge, and customer service shown by Apex Pest Control. Doug Griffin, the owner, personally came out multiple times before even providing a quote to make sure he fully understood the scope of work and to walk me through similar projects he’s completed. That level of attention upfront really stood out. During the project, he stayed involved and even stopped by while the work was being done to help guide and support his team. The price also remained exactly as quoted, even when the timeline stretched out longer than expected. Overall, very fair, responsive, and committed to doing the job right. We’ve already seen a huge improvement. I highly recommend Apex Pest Control to anyone needing these services and won’t be looking anywhere else for pest control in the future.Posted on Google
